Season & Rates for 2017

(Minimum 2 nights stay required year round except Christmas-New Year when 3 night minimum required).

Discounts apply for 3 or more night stays

(except Christmas New Year period and long weekends.)

All rates are AUD inclusive of GST.

Low Season – WINTER – June, July & August EXCLUDING Public Holidays

    • $140 per night (FIRST 2 NIGHTS) for 1 to 2 persons in a king or queen bedroom.
    • + $40 per night (FIRST 2 NIGHTS) for an extra 1 to 2 persons in a second king or queen bedroom. For example; occupying 2 bedrooms $180 per night.

Mid Season – AUTUMN – March, April, May and Sept, Oct, Nov, but EXCLUDING Public Holidays

    • $150 per night (FIRST 2 NIGHTS) for 1 to 2 persons in a king or queen bedroom.
    • + $40 per night (FIRST 2 NIGHTS) for an extra 1 to 2 persons in a second king or queen bedroom. For example; occupying 2 bedrooms $190 per night.

High Season – SUMMER – Dec. Jan. Feb. and PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.

    • $175 per night (FIRST 2 NIGHTS) for 1 to 2 persons in a king or queen bedroom.
    • + $40 per night (FIRST 2 NIGHTS) for an extra 1 to 2 persons in a second king or queen bedroom. For example; occupying 2 bedrooms $215 per night.

Christmas – New Year -15 December 2017 until 15 January 2017

    • $200 per night for 1 to 2 persons in a king or queen bedroom.
    • + $40 per night for an extra 1 to 2 persons in a second king or queen bedroom. For example; occupying 2 bedrooms $240 per night.
  • Please note: No check in or out on Christmas Day.
  • All rates include all linen and exclusive use of an individual cottage as described in ‘accommodation’.
  • Reservations required.
  • Book with Visa or  Master Card.
  • Balance with cash or credit card on arrival.

Terms and Conditions

  • The minimum age for guests is 12 years. Rates for children are same as adults.
  • Natural wildlife including wallabies and ground-feeding birds share our gardens so pets are not permitted.
  • Bookings are essential and may be made with a credit card over the phone or by cheque by post with a deposit of the cost of one night’s stay or one third of total cost of stay whichever is the greater amount.
  • Deposits are refundable less a $30 fee if bookings are canceled 30 days prior to first night booked for Public Holidays or Christmas – New Year and or 14 days prior to stays at other times.
  • Refunds are not made to guests who fail to show, arrive later or depart earlier than dates booked.
  • Balance payments MUST BE PAID ON ARRIVAL in Australian dollars and may be paid by cash, Visa or MasterCard. Sorry AMEX and personal cheques not accepted.
  • Rates do not cover damage or loss of Halcyon Retreat property and will be billed separately to guest.
  • Check in time is AFTER 2 pm and BEFORE 8 pm on the day of arrival.
  • Check out time is BEFORE 10 am on day of departure.
  • Late checkout until 12 noon is only permitted subject to arriving guests and by special arrangement.
  • Smoking is not permitted inside buildings but ashtrays are provided on the veranda
  • As this is a retreat, parties are not permitted.
